Summary
Cetemar has hundreds of cultures, with many yet undiscovered. The following list includes kingdoms, city-states, theocracies, dwarven Forges, Mage Schools, clerical Abbacies, elven [[::Category:Wealds|Wealds]], and other peoples.
Criteria
A culture in Cetemar meets at least four qualifying criteria:
- Controls territory
- Territory may include air, sea, ground, subterranean, or riverine possessions.
- Must be distinct from other regions
- The Greater Empire of Midia has several populous regions. Those with distinct laws, languages, and traditions are listed.
- May be cause-focused, but must be comprehensive
- There are guilds inside cities. Then there are guilds that have become city-states.
- Has discernible membership
- A dwarf is part of a race, but could be a member of dozens of different cultures.
